  Note: Pacific Ski Club Members can book any 2023/ 24 Victoria run ski trip at Member Rates. No need to join any other club. We have a Sister Agreement with the Victoria club.

    --- we will have new, printed Tours Forms at club night

    --- as this is a 'Special Trip', a refund under Refunds 1), a), the cancellation

        date for a full refund minus the deposit is December 18th, 2023. No

        exceptions.

    --- on line, please go to Tour Form, print out the form, fill it in, scan it, and

        attach the filled in Tours Form to your e-mail with your payment

         --- Tours Form, under 'Alternate Phone Contact', you may write an e-mail

              address

With many PSC and VASC members buying the Mountain Collective Pass for the 2023 to 2024 ski season, we are looking to book at 

- Revelstoke Mountain Resort, February 2 & 3, 2024 - on the way up (2 nights and 2 days skiing) and 

- Panorama Resort, February 11 & 12, 2024 - on the way back (2 nights)

Victoria Alpine Ski Club Booking: Link : VASC Reservations 

-remember to fill in the Victoria club form, enter your name, add PSC after your last name, and check off 'renewal' but do not send any funds as you are already a PSC member. The form is for insurance purposes only

 

PSC Cancellation and refunds: 

• $100.00 of the deposit is non-refundable.  
• Final cancellation date for Banff 2024: to receive your refund from the ski club you must cancel by December 18h, 2023.  
• After December 18th, if you cannot go, please get cancellation insurance for your ski trip; or find a member of either club to go in your stead.  See rules 1 to 3 below.

1. The replacement must be a member of either the Victoria Alpine Ski Club or the Pacific Ski Club
2. The replacement must be compatible with the other person booked into the room and then approved by the PSC Executive. (only 2 adults per room- most rooms have two separate sleeping quarters, some have separate sinks as well). 
3. If the replacement is acceptable, the replacement pays the member who is not able to go on the ski trip
