Our Sister Club, the Victoria Alpine Ski Club, we will again be booking Whister a few times next season. Trips are always a Sell Out.

Booking:

- $100.00 deposit at time of booking. Not refundable.
- Please indicate either the 7 day or 10 day trip when booking Banff 2025
- Full refund other than the deposit up until November 30th, no questions asked.

attach the filled in Tours Form to your e-mail with your E-Transfer payment

Payments:
- $100.00 non-refundable deposit at booking--may pay full price at time of booking, or after booking.
- 50% of remaining balance after September 1st (7 nights: $300.00; 10 nights: $400.00)
- November 1 : Remaining balance
- At a club events: Pay by Cash, cheque, all credit cards & debit cards

- Cancellation for Banff 2025 - No refund on the $100 deposit. Full refund other than the deposit, no questions asked, up to November 30th, 2024. No refund after November 30th, 2024.

With many PSC and VASC members buying the Mountain Collective Pass for the 2024 to 2025 ski season, we will book in Revelstoke
- January 31st & February 1st, 2025 on the way up (2 nights) a Pacific Ski Club trip...
- Sun Peaks Resort - on the way back - (there are two return dates, however)
-remember to fill in the Victoria club membership form, enter your name, add PSC after your last name, and check off 'renewal' but do not send any funds as you are already a PSC member. The form is for insurance purposes only
PSC Cancellation Policy and refunds:
- $100.00 of the deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund after 'Final cancellation date' If you cannot go, please get cancellation insurance for your ski trip; or find a member of either club to go in your stead. See rules 1 to 3 below.
- The replacement must be a member of either the Victoria Alpine Ski Club or the Pacific Ski Club
- The replacement must be compatible with the other person booked into the room and then approved by the PSC Executive. (only 2 adults per room- most rooms have two separate sleeping quarters, some have separate sinks as well).
- If the replacement is acceptable, the replacement pays the member who is not able to go on the ski trip
- Pacific Ski Club Members go at member rates
